Kathryn H. Crary, Esq.

Kate joined Gadsden Schneider & Woodward LLP in June 2016 as counsel. Her practice focuses on sophisticated estate planning for high net worth individuals, charitable planning, estate and trust administration, and Orphans' Court litigation, including guardianships. She also has significant experience in the creation and management of nonprofit organizations. She is a member of the Executive Committee of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and serves on the Board of Directors of Darlington Arts Center in Garnet Valley, PA. Before joining Gadsden Schneider & Woodward, Kate practiced at the firms of Cozen O’Connor and Saul Ewing in Philadelphia and served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Paul S. Diamond in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate degree from Cornell University, with distinction, and her law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She also earned her LL.M. in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
