Caitlin joined the firm in 2018 as an associate. Previously, Caitlin practiced trusts and estates law in Boston, Massachusetts at both Rackemann, Sawyer & Brewster and K&L Gates. She received her J.D. from Boston College Law School, magna cum laude, in 2011, where she was an Articles Editor for the Boston College Law Review. Caitlin obtained her A.B. from Princeton University, cum laude, in 2006.
In her practice, Caitlin advises high net-worth individuals and families on estate planning and charitable giving matters, and counsels fiduciaries and beneficiaries on matters of trust administration, probate process, and estate administration. She has extensive experience with families holding large real estate portfolios, family businesses, and charitable foundations. Caitlin helps clients establish meaningful plans to transfer assets to future generations, while also meeting each client’s particular tax reduction, business succession, or charitable giving goals.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, Caitlin is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Probate and Trust Law Section, the Boston Bar Association’s Trusts and Estates Section, and the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property, Trust and Estate Law. In 2019, Caitlin was selected for ACTEC’s inaugural Mid-Atlantic Fellows Institute. Currently, she also serves on the board of trustees for the Radnor Memorial Library.
